My Dad

Need to try to see if my Dad could go to Florida.  He so loves Florida - but due to a major heart attack has been afraid to venture too far from home.    One night recently.....I woke up with the thought - why couldn't he go.  

I made some inquiries on line - I found a woman, broker who deals with multiple facilities.  I told her what I was thinking - a temporary assisted living facility - just for a couple of months.  There was a hesitation - and she laughed.  She said - I have never been asked that.

During my life - I have heard that statement before.  I seem to ask things that people have never thought of.  It always amazes me -

So - low and behold - she called some facilities and yes - they would love to have my Dad short term.  For a price.
